About Millionaire Minute

Millionaire Minute is a personal growth and learning app that provides short daily lessons, reflection prompts, favorites, progress tracking, reminders, and themed learning paths.

The app is designed for educational and personal development purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Millionaire Minute. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Subscriptions and Billing

Millionaire Minute may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases.

Subscription options may include a monthly plan, an annual plan, and a free trial when available. Prices and trial terms are shown in the app and in the App Store before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage, cancel, or update your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

Millionaire Minute cannot directly cancel subscriptions or issue refunds outside of Apple’s purchase and refund systems.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, eligibility and duration are determined by Apple and displayed before purchase.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription according to the selected plan.

The app does not provide financial, legal, medical, psychological, tax, investment, or professional advice.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit the app.
• Interfere with the app’s operation, security, or availability.
• Share access in a way that violates these Terms or applicable platform rules.
• Use the app to misrepresent your identity or rights.

Millionaire Minute, including its app design, lessons, text, branding, visual assets, features, and related content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

App Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also change, add, or remove features, lessons, modules, or pricing where allowed by applicable law and platform rules.

Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services, including Apple, hosting providers, database providers, analytics tools, crash reporting services, and payment systems.
